The song is true!!! Since we mostly see grey skies, when they are blue, they are really BLUE!!
Today, we headed up to Deception Pass and spent the day at the beach and on a little hike.
We dug out a little hole in the sand so Ellie had her own seat. Looks like she's going to love the beach as much as her mum and dad.
Very cool!
Her first time FEELING that salty water on her toes. She didn't like that too much.

Ellie's first hike, right? knowing Drew's love of the great outdoors, there will be a few more happy trails for her. Her gramma and grampa can't wait to take her up to Hurricane Ridge someday.
