I feel like this weekend was the start of summer (yes, today it's raining again but hey, that's Seattle).
Sunday was warm and sunny - perfect BBQ weather. Our friends tried out their new smoker/bbq and we had delicious smoked ribs and salmon.
Ellie #1 question lately: "Is this summer?"
Yes Ellie, this is summer!

it's not quite summer yet, but it's coming! We'll go to the zoo, and work in grampie's garden and play in the sand at the beach, I promise.
Oh, and pick lots of blackberries and strawberries.
